Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
By default, yes. When the stock of the exact colors is unavailable, we will notify you before dispatching the product. Then you can choose a different color or a refund.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
The sales receipt is available from your account under the specific order. However, if you have challenges, you can call us an we can send it manually to your email or WhatsApp.
How can I return an item?
You can use G4S, Jumia shipping through a pick-up station, or any other means you trust to deliver securely. We are responsible for the items when they are coming to you. Therefore, be sure you trust the means used.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, as soon as an item is out of stock, we order more of the type. Unless the product is out of the market.
